over-sensitive Cancerian?
 Actress
and singer Lindsay Lohan was born on 2 July 1986 in New York -
the young star has often denied rumours of bulimia and drug problems.
A
quite secretive and sensitive Cancerian, she has a contrasting
strong, outgoing Leo streak and is a natural showbusiness person
- it is her metier.
So, mostly stoically, she puts up with the gossip her fame inspires,
including talk of her parents' recent divorce ( her father spent
years of her childhood in prison for securities fraud).
Lohan has performed publicly since she was three, and she needed
her stable Taurus Moon to weather and break through initial rejections.
She
did lots of magazine and TV ads and then, aged ten, netted a part
in a soap opera.
Lindsay had rave reviews when, at eleven, she played a pair of
twins in the 1998 film The Parent Trap.
This modest Cancerian (she
has said, 'I consider myself a pretty humble person') remained
unspoiled, and is weathering the difficult transition from child
stardom to adult acting.
Though currently sporting a very packed
filming schedule, she may well concentrate far more on singing
than acting in the fairly near future...and a film acting with
wild (or zoo!) animals seems to figure sometime soonish.
People
like Lindsay, with Moon in Taurus, can often sing - she has made
two albums.
Her record producer described her Cancerian empathy saying, 'She
has an incredible ability to connect with her audience.'
Recently,
Lohan said she felt honored to play Meryl Streep's daughter in
Robert Altman's A Prairie Home Companion.
She is Cancerian like her role model Streep, with the same love
of family life - in Lindsay's case, she adores her mother and three
younger siblings.
She is Cancerian-style maternal towards her sister
and gave her an acting role in the music video of her single 'Confessions
of a Broken Heart' - which apparently depicts the family's suffering
over Lindsay's father.
Lohan has denied press stories of her 'endless
partying' with rich friends such as Paris Hilton. But with Mercury
and Venus in glitzy Leo, she will always love glamour - socially,
and also when it comes to her clothes (she says her wardrobe is
vast).
In later life Lindsay may, like many Cancerians, be a very
efficient business woman - both her parents have been business
people (as well as actors) and she was a straight A student at
school, so is intellectual as well as creative.
